Talk, kindly

Company without the comment section.

Everyone in town speaks the same small phrasebook. There is no typing, no names and no private messages, so there is nothing to report and nobody to moderate. You still get the nicest part of a public square: other people, nearby, saying hello.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. Anyone can walk in. Residents get a code instead of an account: no email, no password. Keep the code to open your cottage on another device.

Can strangers message me?

No. There is no chat box. People can only wave, cheer, sit, dance or say a phrase from the town's phrasebook, and nobody has a name.

Will it run on my phone?

Yes, on most phones from the last few years. The town draws at a lower resolution on small screens, without shadows, to stay smooth and save battery.

What happens when the preview ends?

The Resident Pass will cost $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, paid through PayPal. Free features stay free. Nobody is charged automatically: you would have to choose a plan yourself.
