Become a residentThe fine print, in plain words
- Prices are in US dollars. The yearly plan is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free.
- When payments open, payment is through PayPal. You can cancel in PayPal at any time; the Pass runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
- If the Pass ends, your cottage is kept, just not shown, until 400 days after your last visit. Come back before then and it is where you left it.
- Everyone, visitor or resident, gets 12 minutes in the town a day. The clock pauses while the town's tab is hidden and resets at midnight Eastern Time; Studio and Cabin timers stop when the day's minutes run out.
- No ads in the town, no in-game currency, no random prizes, no pay-to-win. The Pass is cosmetic comfort and your own tools.
